Ordering Policy

  • Orders can be placed directly through our website.

  • All orders are subject to product availability.

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with options or a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-branded items only.

  • Branded merchandise (e.g. Chery logo items) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
